My favorite candy is anything with the classic peanut butter and chocolate combo! Reese’s, Butterfingers, Peanut butter m&ms….! :)
It’s gotta be Kraft caramels, straight from the bag.
My fav costume I ever did was Tippy Hedrin from The Birds… it was painful to sew on all those fake birds, dipping their tiny beaks in blood, but boy it was a cool costume!

Gods. I think my favorite candies are the peanut butter m&ms. Completely addictive.
For Halloween this year the entire family is going to be Star Trek, so I am going as Beverly Crusher. So darn awesome (well, Beverly Crusher minus the awesome hair, because I don’t think I have time to buy or make a wig).
I like to dress up as Cleopatra. With the wig, snake arm band, gold, fancy make-up, it’s just so fun!

My all time favorite costume was “Halloween of Years Past.” I took bits of costumes from every year (age 1-13) and compiled them until I looked like mayhem.

The last few years I’ve painted my face in the dia de Los muertos skull and I’d wear a red rose behind my ear!

Last year for Halloween I dressed up as Elphaba (a.k.a. the Wicked Witch of the West) from my favorite musical, Wicked. I had so much fun with getting the different parts of the costume, and getting to paint myself green! It was so much fun and I got such a great response from everyone who saw me. I lvdd every minute of it.

I like candy corn for how cute it is but also I like to eat it as it reminds me of the fun that Fall brought when I was a kid!
Best costume was the green and purple dinosaur outfit I made for my son when he was 5, it included quite a great tail, dinosaur feet and hand attachments…….he is now 30 but I still have it in the cedar closet in case any grandkids show up in our family one of these days.

Last year I dressed up as Rosie the Riveter and it was so simple and cute I think it may be my new go-to Halloween costume.
And I absolutely love the fun size Almond Joys! My husband hates coconut, so we’re a perfect match!!

I love Reese’s and York’s on Halloween! I also like to dress up in really random costumes…my personal favorite was, when I was eleven, I dressed up in a tshirt with a giant yellow foam smiley face cut out on the front and with this really tall smiley face tophat! It was really funny!
Does dressing up my kids count? I loved the year that my boys were Paul Bunyan and his blue ox, Babe. =)

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, so that makes it a little tricky to pick my best costume. Maybe when I was in 3rd grade and my mom made me a Ziggy the Zebra Beanie Baby costume… it was awesome! I love all candy, but Twix and Candy Corn are my favorites :)

My favorite Halloween candy USED to be 3 Musketeers. But now that Cadbury has released the Creme Eggs for Halloween (Cadbury SCREAM Eggs), they are my favorite (they’re my favorite at Easter, too!)!

I just like to dress up with a theme with my kids. Last year we were the Jellystone Park gang-Yogi, Boo Boo, a couple of campers with picnic baskets, and a 1 year old Ranger. My kids start brainstorming ideas months before Halloween, I love it!

Growing up in the midwest, Halloween could be quite chilly some years so my family was always brainstorming warmer costumes that wouldn’t look out of place. My favorite was the fair godmother costume from Cinderella. Second runner up was Yertle the Turtle because I could stash all my candy in my shell!
I usually dress up as the green M &M to give away M & M’s for Halloween.

While Halloween is getting bigger here in India, it was pretty non existent when I was growing up. Almost undoubtedly my favourite costume is a happy-scary witch! Must try riding the train in full garb :D

So far my favorite Halloween costume I’ve ever done is San from Princess Monoke! It was so fun to create all the pieces and really make an intricate costume. And the funniest part was that the only shoes which matched the outfit ended up being from the kid’s section. X)

Last year I put my own personal twist on Darth Vader. I wore a black leotard, a black tutu, black gloves, a cape, and of course, a darth vader mask. I made my own “lightsaber” using a red pool noodle and silver and black tapes. I enjoyed this costume the most because I used a lot of the things I already owned, all other things were very affordable.

I don’t dress up for Halloween as much anymore, but one of my favorites was a bag of Jelly Belly jelly beans! (Clear trash bag for the candy ‘bag’, and small balloons for the jellybeans..complete with a twist tie and plastic “top” on a headband!)
I also love all any Halloween candy that involves chocolate; the exception being candy corn. :) It’s the Fun Sizes that get me every time!

My favorite Halloween costume was probably last year’s Pirate Queen. I had a long crimson skirt, black blouse & waist-cincher, a black hat with a silver skull & crossbones, my long, curly auburn wig, and my (plastic) cutlass by my side. The children where I work absolutely loved it and I was able to look attractive while still dressing modestly in front of a young audience.
I don’t dress up, but I used to make costumes for my oldest son when he was little. (Nobody cares if the seams aren’t exactly straight on a costume that will only be worn once!) I look forward to candy corn and candy pumpkins each year, but have usually had enough of them by the time Halloween is over.
My favorite costume is when my daughter dressed up as Dorothy from Wizard of Oz and my son was the cowardly lion!! And my favorite candy would be Reeces pb cups.
