I used to wait for Easter so I could devour dozens of Cadbury cream eggs, but now that they make the slime filled Cadbury SCREAM eggs, I don’t have to wait until Easter, and I love it!
I’m not suppose to eat candy as I have braces but that never stops me! I absolutely love Reece’s pieces and I love that they now sell them in more stores here in Australia.
One year we had people come to our door on Halloween all dressed up and we didn’t have candy to give them so we gave them almonds and a couple carrots, I mean they didn’t mind that we gave that to them but now every year we make sure we have a bowl of candy because it’s becoming more of a tradition here :)

Growing up our costumes were always homemade. One time my sister and I were a pair of dice…the only reason this was my favorite costume is because I ended up falling down the stairs at my grandparents’ house and regrettably never found out which number I landed on.

My favorite costume was my crazy cat lady costume. My friends tease me about my love for kitty cats so I figured I’d beat them to the punch for once, and dressed as a cat lady one year. It was a huge hit, and I just can’t seem to top that costume. Shucks. Favorite candy…it’s tied between fresh, soft Dots and flaky, delicious Butterfingers. Yum-o!

Last years bunco I dressed as a witch (you can really switch that costume up! Maybe I’ll do Maleficent this year.) We did ‘Witches or Bitches’ theme. Someone came as a female French poodle and one as Purdy the dalmatian from 101 Dalmatians ( “Disney movie). So much fun!
