For Halloween, I saw a recipe for brownies with Peeps ghosts on top which are then toasted (like a s’more) in the oven – too cute – which is definitely on the baking list.

I don’t know why, but every halloween is the season for various rice crispy-type treats! Can’t get enough marshmallow during the season! And those color choices are beautiful! If I were to have one of those, it would have to be the grey. Although, that green is amazing too!

My FAVORITE fall treat to make is Apple Pie Cupcakes (spice cupcake with apple pie filling baked in) topped with cinnamon buttercream. Especially after I go apple picking at our local orchard and bring home several pecks of fresh yummy apples (Jonagold is my favorite!).
