Cogsworth. He reminds me the most of myself. He tries so hard to follow the rules but deep inside he really just wants to have fun too. I love Beauty and the Beast, especially the scene where they are dancing around the ballroom. It’s the best!

I just have to tell you these are so adorable!! And how can you not love Belle. She is our favorite by far. Of course it helped that the “real” Belle took to my daughter when she was 2 and we were at Disney during a hurricane. The 2 of them hung out in the lobby for hours. It was truly the most magical time. :-)

It’s got to be Chips! When I was little my parents took me to see Beauty and the Beast on Ice and they bought me a Chips cup. It was my prized possession as a kid!

I love Lumiere and Cogsworth. My dad paid for us to go see Beauty and the Beast in NYC on New Year’s Eve in 1991. He loved it so much, we pulled the ole “Hide in the bathroom till the next show” thing and sat through the next viewing before we headed out to Times Square to party. I was terrified the entire second time that we’d get busted or that we’d miss something in Times Square. Turns out I was wrong on both accounts! :-D

This was my cousins favorite Disney movie, then when I had my daughter she loved it too and watched it almost daily. Years later I was able to see the Beauty & the Beast play in Providence. My sister and I went and we loved it!

Belle! She is my favorite of all the Disney princess. I was a bookworm growing up and loved the footage of Belle walking around “with her nose stuck in a book” — I could so relate. I am pretty sure I have the entire movie memorized, word for word. :)

My favourite character is definitely the Beast. He’s so…tortured and angry, but manages to be absolutely adorable at the same time! It’s a bit disappointing for me when he turns back into a wimpy blonde human at the end of the movie though. :(

The beast is my favourite, but my eldest girl loves Belle, because we always told her she looked like her… beautiful big brown eyes and silky brown hair… creamy skin and rosebud lips. Such a pretty girl :)

Goodness, it’s been so long since I’ve seen this movie but we decided not long ago to get the DVD for my 2 year old niece for Christmas this year and I want to get her the stuffed Mrs. Potts & Lumiere too…..saw them at the Disney store and good grief, they’re cute! Tough choice and I know it’s weird but I think I like Gaston the most. He’s a typical, arrogant, muscle-bound jerk who in most other stories would be the one to get the girl– And doesn’t here– Which is why I like him. His addition is one of many that make the fairly common ‘Beauty and the Beast’ story unique in Disney’s rendition.
