I’ve been in spring break mode lately. You might have noticed since I didn’t bake last weekend. I think it’s because I recently went on a vacation which I haven’t done in a couple of years and it felt awesome to just relax and do nothing. And now being back home I can’t stop enjoying the warmth that’s finally taking over. Spring is probably my favorite time of the year. Unfortunately, in the south, you only have about seven minutes to enjoy the season before the hot and humid heat of summer takes over. Okay, okay – I’m exaggerating a little. It probably lasts eleven minutes. ; ) So you’ve got to enjoy all of them while they last. And I’m trying.

My favorite vacation spot is a beach or Breckenridge, Colorado. It is a super tough choice, but I think I choose yellow.
For the most part we’re home bodies, get in the pool or take a few local day trips to see the sights. I like the pistachio color.

My favorite place to go on vacation is the beach. A perfect spot would be along the ocean, in a rented beach house. With many hours spent walking, swimming, shelling and reading along the shore. Then when vacation is over coming home and baking with my new CRYSTAL BLUE kitchen aid.

I love to go to the beach and play in the waves – the last two times I’ve had the chance to do that I’ve had a wonderful time just peering out into the horizon as I waited to let the next wave carry me a little close to shore before swimming back out to do it again while my mother in law plays with the kids on the shore. Kind of fun to be a kid again myself. The yellow mixer looks lovely, I’ve always wanted a grey and yellow kitchen and this would get me started (though I do have a black kitchenaid that I love).

My favorite place to go on vacation is Santorini — we went for our honeymoon — and it was just the most amazing place! We splurged for a balcony view and having that alone made the trip. We would sit out there together and stare out at the view with some greek coffee or wine…it was so peaceful….we hope to go back there again one day soon!

My favorite vacation I took was 12 yrs ago when I went to Niagara Falls, then down to NYC, Washington DC and Willimasburg VA in a two week period. It was awesome! I can’t wait to go back to NYC and see some of the things I didn’t get to see the 1st time!

I am from Italy and my favorite place for holyday is my region: Puglia!
I love to have dinner on “Trabucchi”, very peculiar places. They are now restaurant but they were used in the past for fishing, so that they are placed almost sheer on the sea and at the sunset they are magic places!
My favorite vacation is definitely to Cape May, NJ. My great grandmother has had a house up there for almost 50 years. That is where we have been taking our vacations for years. And before my generation it was my father’s generation vacation spot too. It’s a beautiful town filled with beautiful Victorian homes. My favorite things to do there are to go to the beach, walk around and look at all of the beautiful homes, hit Washington square to shop all of the cute shops and maybe grab a bite of ice cream. Cape May is very special because they have a beach called sunset beach. My grandmother would take me every morning to go to this beach to look for “Cape May Diamonds” which are quartz crystal that they cut into actual diamond looking stones. This is the only beach in the world like this of my knowledge. But other than the actual diamonds they have crystals of all different shades! Many like the shades of these mixers! My favorite stone that I’ve ever gotten is a big light pink crystal. Therefore, in honor of all my memories spent there I would have to chose the pink mixer!!
At this time I would take anywhere without snow! I’m not sure if I could pick a favourite vacation spot because I love to travel and always want to immerse myself in a new culture but anything with a beach is usually good ;) Oh, and pink is my pastel! Thanks!

I love goin to visit familu in Buffalo each summer- don’t make it every year, but just about! Makes me grateful to see them all and realize what a great family I have. <3

My favorite thing to do is enjoy my local hockey team’s games. I don’t really get to go on vacation, so that’s the next best thing to do in my town. Go Fresno Monsters! Woo! :)
I don’t know if we’re gonna get another season this fall though, because they’re shutting down the ice rink where they practice.

Oh, and my favorite pastel is prob the white. I’m a pretty simple girl.
As long my vacation spot is walking distance of a beach and I’m with family and friends, I’m happy! I’d also be happy with a lovely Aqua Sky mixer!
