I’ve been in spring break mode lately. You might have noticed since I didn’t bake last weekend. I think it’s because I recently went on a vacation which I haven’t done in a couple of years and it felt awesome to just relax and do nothing. And now being back home I can’t stop enjoying the warmth that’s finally taking over. Spring is probably my favorite time of the year. Unfortunately, in the south, you only have about seven minutes to enjoy the season before the hot and humid heat of summer takes over. Okay, okay – I’m exaggerating a little. It probably lasts eleven minutes. ; ) So you’ve got to enjoy all of them while they last. And I’m trying.

I love vacationing at my family’s fishing cabin on the Julienton River, south of Savannah. No phone, no TV, no worries. Baking with the Majestic Yellow mixer sure would make vacation-prep more fun!
I always try to go to either Destin, Fl or Charleston, SC. Both are different but equally beautiful. And I love the pistachio pastel!
My favorite place to go on vacation would have to be Florida. I know its so simple, but with baby chunk its by far easier to get to than Hawaii (but babies do get older ;)…it has enough bru haha to entertain us both. I love her face when she see’s big bodies of water and has new baby/life experiances.

I’m a photographer so I always love to go somewhere that has a west coast so that I can take sunset pictures on the beach of my family. I’ve always wanted to go to Bora Bora and stay in one of those huts that are built right over the water. Ahhhh. I’d love that!
As for my favourite colour of mixer…hmmmm…I would just be extatic to have any of them but if I had to choose I probably would go for the Majestic Yellow :) or the pink.

I’m planning a San Francisco trip and I’m hoping to make it to Miette, Baker and Banker, and SusieCakes. Sweets, sweets, and more sweets! I’d love the Aqua Sky.
