I’m going to make buiscuits for my love boy.

  84. Pistachio!!! I like to make homemade marshmallows, and a stand mixer is the only way to do it.

  85. Silver metallic! At Easter, we bake “Easter Bread” and “ham pies” (exactly what they sound like) in honor of my dear Italian granny, who passed 10 years ago. They were her recipes and no matter how we try, they don’t taste like hers. A new mixer wouldn’t fix that, because she gave each of us a different version of her recipes and none of them are “right.” She was tricky like that. :)

  86. I love Pistachio! I’m going to try macaronons!

  87. All the colors are beautiful but silver metallic matches everything in my kitchen.
It’s time to make and decorate spring sugar cookies – flowers, butterflies, and of course, Easter eggs!

I am baking a cake for a 5 year old whom also has an easter(ish) birthday. I am just a regular mom who enjoys baking and pushing myself to try new things. It will be a 3 tiered cake filled, a whipped butter frosting with a fruit filling (not sure yet which fruit my freezer is full of frozens that I picked fresh from last summer), It will be light blue to resemble the sky with fondant balloon cut outs. The balloon holder will be the birthday girl so probably a silhouette of her made out of plastic chocolate. Also fondant clouds! I’m really excited but as always slightly nervous to pull it off! I just hope it’s not one of those creations you see on the internet of epic baking failures! LOL

  100. The colors are all so beautiful I love so many of them but I would go with either the Crystal Blue or the Majestic Yellow. What would I bake, I really don’t know I have only owned a hand held mixer so I think I would go to town mixing and baking for days lol. 107. Magestic yellow.

I’d like to make something with my oldest and his teacher (she loves baking). She moves out of state soon. He’s too young to understand and will be crushed. I’d like to give him one last happy memory.

Anyways, for baking, I just saw this recipe on YT for “the perfect chocolate chip cookie”. Of course, the word ‘perfect’ really can’t describe something so properly if I haven’t personally tasted said-cookies yet, so I CLEARLY have to make a batch of my own. LOL. Food-lover-logic.

Aside from that, I actually am throwing a thing in the next few weeks with a bunch of my closest college friends (unfortunately, that’s like 20 people) and I’m doing all the Indian food. It’s gonna be ridiculous. What’s great is, my resident dean will be barging into my apartment for some as well.
