My next big baking is this weekend for Easter, I’m in charge of dessert and I’m making lemon cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and peanut butter and chocolate brittle. :) Nothing is more fun than baking I don’t even have an electric mixer I do everything by hand.

All the colors are really pretty it is hard to choose, but I think my all time favorite color is pink. I am currently baking Easter Egg cake pops and have several baking projects currently lined up for almost every weekend. Over the past year or so I have come to your website for inspiration for my own family’s birthday and holiday treats. With all the baking I have done, I kept getting requests to make things for other people’s party’s. Just this month, I finally decided to give it a go and try to make a little business out of it. my husbands 64th birthday on May 2nd
and my baby brother’s 49th birthday May 3rd.
I am the oldest of 8 children, I can remember the salesman coming door to door with these mixers and trying to get my mother, now 80 years old to buy one. She couldn’t and I’ve had to pass on it too as there is always somewhere that the money has to go to.

Definitely the pink one! My sixteen year old son is going to Mexico as a Rotary exchange student in a few months. He will be away for the entire school year. I plan to keep myself busy with new projects and perfecting recipes. A fabulous pink mixer would make baking experiences easier! Great contest plan!!
