Cake, baby!
Yes, this post is all about delicious cake, but just not the kind you eat.
It’s about the kind you can carry. I found this decadent purse online and just fell in love. First with the name of course, and then with the design. It’s from Petunia Pickle Bottom.
But, it’s not just a purse. It’s also a diaper bag. That’s right. Inside this not so little red number is a fold out changing pad, room for diapers and a plastic case for wipes. No one would ever guess. Unless of course they, too have had some cake.
Now, don’t feel like you’ve gotta go and get pregnant just to carry this purse. Petunia Pickle Bottom made the changing pad detachable so you can carry Cake even if you don’t have a little one in tow for a reason.
Did I mention the matching coin purse? Sweet.

I have to say my favorite kind of cake is chocolate brownie fudge. Its chewy on the outside, rich and gooey on the inside, with my favorite walnuts and I cant forget the white chocolate buttercream! I dont even have to have the one or the other together! I would be perfectly happy eating spoonfuls of the buttercream by itself (frozen so its crunchy) and then just the warm brownie cake. Man. Not the time for me to be thinking about this, my doctor just told me I needed to lower my cholesterol!! Ok, I think Im going to cry now! Could use a bag to hold the tissues and the purse would lift my spirits, sniff, sniff, really…..Im ok…sniff, sniff…

Strawberry! But the best part of any cake is always the rounded top that you cut off to level it out. Oh… that part is so good, why would you ever try to bake a level cake?

Cottage Pudding – There’s no cottage cheese in it and it’s not pudding. It’s a dense yellow cake that you pour a thick chocolate sauce all over. It’s from my great grandma’s recipe book and it’s delicious!
