Cake, baby!
Yes, this post is all about delicious cake, but just not the kind you eat.
It’s about the kind you can carry. I found this decadent purse online and just fell in love. First with the name of course, and then with the design. It’s from Petunia Pickle Bottom.
But, it’s not just a purse. It’s also a diaper bag. That’s right. Inside this not so little red number is a fold out changing pad, room for diapers and a plastic case for wipes. No one would ever guess. Unless of course they, too have had some cake.
Now, don’t feel like you’ve gotta go and get pregnant just to carry this purse. Petunia Pickle Bottom made the changing pad detachable so you can carry Cake even if you don’t have a little one in tow for a reason.
Did I mention the matching coin purse? Sweet.

My favorite cake is called “Better than sex Cake” It’s the one made with devil’s food cake then holes are poked in it and sweeten condensed milk is poured on (while it’s hot of course!) Once it cools, it’s topped with whipped cream then, if it could get any better, you top it will crushed pieces of Heath candy bar! Love it!
My Mom’s “Orange cake” is my favorite……but really, I just love CAKE!
Wow, just one cake, right? Lemme see…German Chocolate cake is excellent. but so is carrot cake. Our Coconut cake is also very good – especially when the layers are moistened with rum just don’t tell dad I do that when I don’t bake it for him. But I do LOVE whipped cream and strawberries! Okay, okay, I’ll say Strawberry Shortcake is my favorite…yes. mmm.

My favorite is Red Velvet cake. Coming from Texas, it was always my birthday cake growing up. My husband (a California boy) tried making it for me when we were first married but he didn’t know the difference between all the different sugars (brown, white, powdered) so it just used whatever we had on hand and the cake ended up tasting like Play-Doh. I happily ate it anyway but had my mom teach him how to make it the next time we went to Texas.
