Cake, baby!
Yes, this post is all about delicious cake, but just not the kind you eat.
It’s about the kind you can carry. I found this decadent purse online and just fell in love. First with the name of course, and then with the design. It’s from Petunia Pickle Bottom.
But, it’s not just a purse. It’s also a diaper bag. That’s right. Inside this not so little red number is a fold out changing pad, room for diapers and a plastic case for wipes. No one would ever guess. Unless of course they, too have had some cake.
Now, don’t feel like you’ve gotta go and get pregnant just to carry this purse. Petunia Pickle Bottom made the changing pad detachable so you can carry Cake even if you don’t have a little one in tow for a reason.
Did I mention the matching coin purse? Sweet.

Red Velvet- I discovered it at a wedding and now make it for my friends. The deliciousness of the light chocolate flavour and intense red colour is simply brilliant!!

You really can’t go wrong with avocados. Ever. Especially not when you mix them with lemon, some sugar & whipped cream and spread them on two layers of meringue cake bottoms and throw in some raspberries while you’re at it. Delicious. <3

My favorite kind of cake is indeed red velvet cake, with more of a berry base rather than chocolate. When I make mine I add fresh raspberry juice to the batter for a sweet berry flavor…..I also like to ice mine with fresh raspberry cream cheese icing…….totally wonderful.
PS My hair is actually the same color as red velvet cake, cuz red is my favorite color =)
Hmmmm well, it’s always been Angel Food Cake with strawberries and whipped cream… but lately I’ve been LOVING these cupcakes with the cream cheese frosting at our local bakery–Dakota Harvest. That frosting is to DIE for.
