This post doesn’t involve baking from this weekend
but there’s something pretty sweet at the end I think you’ll like.
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Okay, so I’ve been out of town for the last two weekends. First, Chicago for the Home and Housewares Show…
and last weekend somewhere a little bit warmer.
I was in sunny Florida for a weekend conference full of learning and sharing with friends – and a bunch of food and fun thrown in.
Food Blog Forum Orlando. Put on by Jaden Hair of Steamy Kitchen, Todd & Diane of White On Rice Couple, Julie Deily of The Little Kitchen and Dawn Viola.
And sponsored by Disney, Kitchenaid, OXO, Land O’ Lakes, Whole Foods, Le Creuset and more.
The meeting was held at Walt Disney World and it was amazing. So well done. Julie from the Little Kitchen knows how to put together a great event. I was there with a bunch of great speakers. (See the whole group here) Alison Lewis (Ingredients, Inc.) and I spoke at round table discussions on writing a cookbook. I really enjoyed the round table set up because we were able to talk one-on-one with people and that’s much more my speed. I don’t think I’d be very good at getting up in front of a big room of people and talking. There would be a lot of umms and likes and pauses I’m sure.
On the evening before the meeting, we had a beautiful outdoor reception at the Grand Floridian. My sweet friend Jenny (Picky Palate) and I met some great girls. Nikki (Pennies on a Platter), Krissy (Krissy’s Creations), Julie (Table for Two) and Rachel (The Fabulous Foodie). Hi girls. Thanks for making Magic Kingdom such a blast!
We hit up a few rides and went on a search for Dole Whip and churros before the park closed. It was my first time trying either. So yum! Thanks for sharing these phone pics girls.
We spent all day Saturday at Epcot where the meeting was held.
It was definitely a special place to have a meeting. Not only were there great speakers, yummy treats, amazing prizes, like stand mixers and refrigerators, Le creusets and more but when we were done, we had a huge world to explore.
If only I could have seen it all. I’ve never been to Epcot. I had no idea how ginormous this park was. Actually, I still don’t know how big it is. But that’s okay because what I did see was perfect.
We had an incredible lunch extravaganza prepared by Disney chefs from the parks and hotels.
I focused on dessert of course.
Lunch gave us all more time to talk.
Here’s Lauren’s Latest, Julie, Krissy and Jenny.
And I finally finally met Elise from Simply Recipes. Yay! Hope we can chat more next time.
Alison and Jenny. Love you guys.
And sweet, sweet Julie. Again, great job on pulling this event together.
On Sunday we had a brunch hosted by Whole Foods. Incredible food means the cameras come out.
See what I mean. That’s Dawn in the back, Julie and Jenny, and then Lindsey (Love and Olive Oil) in the front.
This might be one of my favorite pics from the weekend. It just makes me giggle at how we all do the same thing as bloggers. It’s almost uncontrollable when you have a camera in your hand.
But in our defense, the flowers were pretty cheery.
I enjoyed this weekend so much.
Hi Emily (Sage Recipes) and Kiran (Kirantarun)! It was nice meeting you both. Hope to see you again. And you too Droolius and Simply Southern Baking.
Thanks for a weekend of great memories with old friends and new!

So now the fun part.
I’m having an amazing giveaway today.
If you read last week’s post, you may remember some of the new products I talked about from the Home and Housewares Show in Chicago. One of them was this Kitchenaid mixer in Crystal Blue, the brand new color from the Catalina Collection that I fell in love with.
Well, I met some of the folks from Kitchenaid in Chicago for the first time and and then coincidentally, we met again in Orlando the very next weekend as they were one of the sponsors of Food Blog Forum. It was a surprise to see them two weeks in a row. We talked about how much I loved the brand new color they debuted in Chicago and we thought it would be a fun giveaway here on bakerella.com.
Want to brighten up your kitchen and be one of the first people to own a mixer in this brand new, bright blue color courtesy of Kitchenaid? I know I would. It’s such a happy color. And much more vibrant in person.
Enter for a chance to win this Crystal Blue 5-quart Artisan Stand Mixer from Kitchenaid!
- Just leave a comment on this post here on the website and answer the following question.
- If you could only eat one kind of sweet/dessert for the rest of your life, what would choose? And not just cookie or cupcake, etc. – but what kind if you can? I’m very curious.
- Deadline to enter is Wednesday, March 28th at 5 pm ET.
SORRY, TIME’S UP! Winner Announced Below.
- One winner will be chosen at random and announced sometime Wednesday evening.
GOOD LUCK GUYS!
oh and FYI – the Crystal Blue color should be available for purchase starting sometime in April.
Reading all of your sweet choices are driving me crazy. I have cravings now for way too many treats.
I don’t know if I could pick just one either. But warm brownies and ice cream are always a safe bet for me. No nuts. No whipped cream. No syrup. Plain and simple chocolate and vanilla. Warm and cold deliciousness.
Okay, ready for the winner?
It’s comment #6224 – Leann
Congratulations and enjoy your bright blue baby. Hope you make lots of amazing desserts and smile every time you look at it.
And big thanks to Kitchenaid for supplying the mixer in this beautiful blue.
I suppose it would have to be cream puffs.
it would be a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and cookies and cream ice cream. My favorite chocolate cake recipe thus far is the one off the back of the Hershey’s cocoa box, but use the special dark cocoa, yum!
chocolate! any doubt on that?
Theres a fudgy chocolate cake with chocolate chips that my mother makes that I haven’t managed to duplicate yet. Something along those lines…
I would have to say that I would eat chocolate cake with raspberry filling for the rest of my life!! It is so hard to pick just one since I have such a sweet tooth!!
If I would have to choose one, I would have to go with the Strawberry Lemonade cupcake that I made.. The cake has so much lemon flavor &paired with the strawberry buttercream, it’s like heaven to me!! =)
It’d be a toss up between my sugar cookies with cream cheese frosting or rice krispy treats. I can eat an entire pan by myself. No joke. I can prove it if I need to. :)
I absolutely love cheesecake! I can totally live the rest of my life on white chocolate raspberry cheesecake:)
Chocolate, dark chocolate chip cookies… WITH peanut butter! Yuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!
I would eat the vanilla pudding chocolate chip cookies from Two Peas and Their Pod for every meal, all day every day, for the rest of my life! SO GOOD!!! : ) I have made a triple batch by hand before but it would be much more fun with a mixer!
Coconut Cream Pie!!!!
Mine would be a chocolate souffle. YUMMY!!!
This is a vicious question! I might have to say tres leches cake.
Theres a Mexican Desert that we only do once a Year and its called Capirotada! its soo Good!! i Would eat it everyday.. It has a sweet we have its called piloncillo it has peanuts, Dried fruit, raisins it has coconut! Its a delight!!!!.. U___u

carrot cake!!! hey, it’s a vegetable, right?
Id eat red velvet cupcakes w butter cream frosting! Yum!
Cadbury’s mini egg cakes- they only ever come out at Easter and I’m mad for them!
I would say Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory! My all time favorite. :)
Oh my heavens!!! How do I choose?????
I think I would have to say a classic chocolate chip cookie…with dark chocolate chips & pecans.
It would have to be apple pie. I LOVE apple pie.
i’d die for creme brulee
So hard to choose just one, but probably a chocolate chip cookie since there are so many different variations so I could still eat dessert everday!
If I had to choose only one sweet to eat for the rest of my life it would have to be chocolate mousse. My absolute favorite!
Its not my favorite dessert but godiva chocolate cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory would be the only dessert I will never get tired of eating. Each bite is heavenly bliss!! I hope I am a random enough person to get picked lol I have just started doing cake pop partys thanks to your blog ;) and could really use a mixer.
Chocolate chip cookies with homemade vanilla extract and big, milk chocolate Ghirardelli chips. YUM!
I would have to go with Strawberry Ice Cream and I mean the kind with chunks of strawberries in it! True Love!
I’m going to have to go with a brownie sundae. Not any old wimpy kind either. I’m thinking vanilla bean ice cream, caramel sauce, hot chocolate sauce, sprinkles, nuts, whipped cream, and a cherry on top so fresh chocolaty chocolate chunk brownies !
I think it would have to be Eton Mess. Chocolate and/or cake would be too heavy to have very often if you ask me, whereas Eton mess is refreshing and delicious! Fruit, yoghurt and meringue? Something for everyone.
One is really hard. I think I would go for my gingerbread cookies. Crunchie on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. So good.
I would eat cream brulee with a strawberry on top.
Love the blog!!! It keeps me knowing what i need to know about sweets!!! I would love to win the KitchenAid stand mixer!!! I would have to eat the double chocolate cake!! Since its was my first sweet EVER and it will always be the best !!!!!! :D
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
My favorite dessert that I couldn’t live without is key lime pie with graham cracker crust! The tartness and sweetness together is delicious! Don’t forget the whip cream!!!
The Key Lime Gelato Sandwiches by Ciao Bella are like crack to me. I’ve often thought of them as the only food I could eat forever and not get sick of them.
If I could only ever eat one dessert again it would have to be homemade peanut butter bars- as long as I’ve got peanut butter and chocolate together I’m a happy camper. Thanks for offering the giveaway!
I love all kinds of desserts, but nothing beats a warm gooey double chunk chocolate cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Fresh Fruit. It’s perfect, natural, and good for you!
Picking one is so tough!
I might have to go with Banoffee Pie though so I can share it with my lovely partner <3
If I only had to choose one…. I would have to go with a nice, warm (slightly hot) chocolate lava cake <3
Lovely giveaway! If I was limited to one dessert for the rest of my life, it would probably be a really good brownie, preferably with caramel or mint frosting :)
Cherry Pie
It would have to banana splits!!
chocolate cake with passion fruit filling and chocolate ganache. PERFECTION!
just last week I had the most amazin chocolate chip cookie! from a coffee shop here in the city served warm and gooey. I would have it forever!!!
it would be chocolate cake with homemade pudding and strawberries. yummmy
If I had to pick just one, it would be a pint of Ben & Jerry’s Half Baked frozen yogurt. I can never get enough!
I love the red velvet cupcake and the cake with creme cheese frosting.
I could eat my grandmother’s “jelly roll” until I waddle! I always wondered why it was called that since it doesn’t have jelly in it. It is a flourless chocolate cake made in a sheet pan with a yummy cool whip concoction spread on top and rolled up. It was always best straight from the freezer. I watched her make it numerous times as I was growing up -no recipe- but I’m sure I could never duplicate it. I sure do miss her!
This thing my grandma made where you take pie dough and roll it out flat, put on WAY to much butter, sugar, and cinnamon then roll it up and bake it. I miss her and could eat this forever and think of her.
It would have to be my chocolate mousse recipe – from a chef friend in Italy (when he and my husband shared a pizzeria). I live there for a few months and he taught me a lot. It is easy to make, very chocolatey, can have other items put in with minor modification to the recipe and super yummy. It is a no fail recipe. Will be making it for our anniversary party this weekend.
If I could only eat one dessert it would be no bake cheesecake with a graham cracker crust with cherry mix ontop, but no cherries!. OHHH I love it!
It would have to be a warm chewy gooey chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate cake with a mouse filling! YUM
Wow…that’s a great question…and way to make me drool at the end of a long work day thinking about all the possibilities! But if I could only have one dessert it would have to be the chocolate chip cookies that my dad and I always make together. When I was out of the country for a year and 1/2 he hardly made them because I wasn’t there to share them with him! He’s always been my “mixer”…but it would be nice to give his arm a break!!
What a great giveaway!!
Chocolate Chip cookies! My all time favorite!
oohh – i LOVE the color :)
I would have red velvet cake. But it has to be a real, good old southern fashion red velvet, with sour cream in the batter and cream cheese frosting! Ive never made one but maybe i can try if im the lucky winner!!
Tiramisu! To help me stay up studying all night.
My dessert would be Black Raspberry Milkshakes! So Yummy!!
If I had to choose only one dessert that I could eat for the rest of my life, I’d pick chocolate salted caramel cupcakes. I’d fill them with salted caramel sauce and drizzle it on top of the swiss meringue buttercream that would be piled high on top of the cupcake!
Well, it is a toss up between two things. Chocolate cupcakes with strawberry buttercream or peanut butter cookies.
Hardest question ever! If I had to choose, I would probably choose…creme brulee.
Coconut creme brûlée! Heaven on earth!
Wow! What a loaded question to ask! Well if you must know, I would have to say those Chocolate Pudding Cups that you featured on Bakerella. I have yet to make them, but I think this weekend will be the perfect time :) I love the fact that it brings out the inner kid, dunking balloon after balloon in sweet melty yummy chocolate. Thanks for the awesome pictures also with that post Bakerella, truly fantastic :)
Oh man… ONE dessert? That is a super tough decision, wow! Hmm… I would have to say I’m rather addicted to baking the perfect Apple Pie right now, so I’d have to say that!
BTW… beautiful mixer! I’m glad to see you were in Chicago when we had unseasonably WARM weather. Why didn’t you call first? I’d been happy to take you around town ;) We had 9 days in a row of record breaking temperatures!
Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake! It is smooth, sweet and so pretty. It is also hard to say no too!!!
Chocolate cake.. but I love, love caramels… could eat them all day long.
It would be cheesecake :) raspberry cheesecake, for sure!!! YUMMO!
Cannolis! I love cannolis!
I’d have to flip a coin between creme brulee and strawberry rhubarb pie – okay, the pie!
If I could only eat one dessert forever it would have to be Eton Mess. YUMMMY!!!
It has taken some time to decide the dessert I would want to eat for the rest of my life. I have thought about it long and hard and have decided that donuts would be my sweet treat of choice. I love them. Any kind, shape, color, flavor, fresh or even day old. I visit the donut shop several times a month and enjoy pure heaven and I don’t even have to make them myself. My mixer just broke and I am doing a bake sale each week for a boys home in Mexico so I really, really need this mixer.
I guess I would have to say the one dessert that I could eat for the rest of my life would have to be chocolate creme pie!!! Yummy good!!!!!
If I could eat just one sweet for the rest of my life, it would be my mother’s Hello Dolly bars. When I was little, I would help her make them and towards the end, she would turn her back and say she was adding a special ingredient. Whenever I asked her what it was, she always said she was taking a little bit of love out of her heart and adding it in. Every single time I think of that, I remember how amazing she is.
What kind of evil mind could come up with such a diabolical question? It is one of those unanswerable questions. Ok. Twist my arm…Uncle. Peanut Butter and Chocolate in any form. Peanut Butter and Chocolate ice cream. Peanut Butter and chocolate and chocolate cookies. Peanut Butter and Chocolate pie. It doesn’t matter what form the dessert would take…it just has to be Peanut Butter and Chocolate.
Key Lime Pie. I get it wherever I can find it.
HI! OK. So, first, I would love, LOVE to win this mixer! now, having just made the THE best chocolate cookies (of course) my take away item would be these outrageous wonderful chocolate cookies… made with 8oz of semi sweet chocolate and a bit of flour brown sugar eggs etc…. and add chocolate chipes at the end and I use the dark chocolate chips! these are SO good and I shipped some to someone and they said they arrived wonderfully! Tested them for the baking time and found them too dry so cut the cooking time back to 7 or 8 minutes and they are moist and wonderful. There is my answer! for today anyway! xoxo Deb
Ice Cream!
I don’t think I’ve ever tired of it.
Vanilla bean panna cotta with a berry drizzle. My fav. Absolute fav.
gooey fudge brownie (w/almonds), natural vanilla ice cream on top of the brownie, and broken up oreos on top (and maybe a little cool whip).
If I could only eat one sweet for the rest of my life, it would be red velvet cupcakes with strawberry cream cheese frosting. Now, why would I pick such an ordinary dessert? Well, a great moist red velvet gives you the best of both worlds it has chocolate in it but not too much and for the strawberry cream cheese frosting the strawberries compliment the cocoa in the cupcake just perfectly. Anyways cupcakes are so much more fun than your ordinary cookie in my opinion anyways :)
Earthquake cake! My grandma fixed this many years ago and I’ve been making it since. Has some components from all of my favorite desserts.
Something with chocolate and peanut butter. And frosting.
Dark Chocolate Brownies.
The one dessert I would choose is raspberry crumb cheesecake bars they are so good and moist can’t get enough of them addictive!
It would have to be chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream–without a doubt my favorite treat of all time!
And I absolutely love that color of blue on the mixer. I would design an entire kitchen around it if I were to win!
Two years ago when my husband and I were celebrating our first Valentines together as a married couple I made him a SUPER easy recipe for molten chocolate lava cakes. I dolloped a spoonful of whip cream on the top and it was heaven!
It brings back wonderful memories and I can whip them up in a matter of minutes!
It’s so hard to choose because I am such a sweet freak. I would have to say chocolate chip cookies. I love making them and eating them. They are terrific coming fresh out of the oven with a cold glass of milk.
Creme Brule. Yum. its my favourite! And so is blue btw. A close second would be carrot cake.
I would choose bread pudding. I love love love it! and if I were in the mood for fruity instead of caramel or chocolate I would put raspberry sauce on it. it’s prefect!
thanks for the chance! I have always wanted but can never afford a kitchinaid.
christa :)
If I could only eat one kind of dessert the rest of my life, without a doubt, I would pick my mom’s Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies… they are my favorite cookie!
Thanks for the great giveaway!!
Mmmm… Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies! Yum!
Vanilla creme brulee :)
Right now I am loving snicker doodles!! Although, cheesecake is a close second! :) What a beautiful color for a mixer!
Oh, it’s like being forced to pick a favorite child! I would say old-fashioned yellow cake with sticky fudge frosting. Yep. That’s the one. In cupcake form, or any form really.
I would want to live off of the Cheesecake Factory’s “Chris’ Outrageous Chocolate Cake”…yummy layers of super moist chocolate alternating with ooey gooey layers of brownie separated with alternating layers of decadent caramel pecan frosting and rich chcocolate ganache..not to mention the fascinating middle layer of coconut cheesecake speckled with mini chcolate chips…I would pay a lot of money for a slice of that right now! :)
Anything CHOCOLATE, I’d like to be more specific but thats impossible when it comes to chocolate.
the classic chocolate chip cookie would be my pick to eat forever and ever. Amen!
Vanilla cupcakes
Fresh peaches, sliced, on lemony pound cake, with whipped cream, and a carmel drizzle
If i could eat one dessert it would be upside down pineapple cake. I love upside down pineapple cake!
Definitely a chocolate souffle. It is the most amazing treat when it’s right out of the oven. So light and then of course the chocolate, liquidy center. Yum!
Chewy chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the over. Sheer bliss!
Why a creampuff, of course! I used to make them from scratch with my mom when I was a little kid and I have really great memories of that. And they’re just the right amount of sweetness and light combined!
I would have a red velvet cupcake with extra homemade cream cheese frosting! Yummy
a favorite cookie my Irish grandma used to make…double layer shortbread w current jam in the middle and topped w vanilla icing! they would melt in your mouth!!
I would eat cherry cakepops!!
If I could only eat one dessert the rest of my life…it would have to be…wait for it…wait for it…wait for it…Cinnamon Rolls. I thought about this for about 30 seconds and yes, it would definitely be cinnamon rolls. Why – because I always thoroughly enjoy them – never ever rush eating them, because I slowly unroll these lovelies as I slowly get through the slightly crisp outer layer to the gooey surprise with each bite and to the soft and gooey center “best for last”.
That’s my vote!
Liz Campisi
– fresh baked cinnamon rolls —- Liz Campisi
Vanilla cupcakes!!!
Probably my mother’s macadamia white chocolate chunk cookies, which also happen to be the favorite of my cousin, who is the best cook in my life.
Totally not the right place to say it, but I have to be honest… Baskin and Robbins Peanut Butter and Chocolate Ice Cream! Still love cake…but we all scream for ice cream!
Ooh! Just one… A rich chocolate brownie (warm with chocolate chunks in it) topped with vanilla bean ice cream, dark chocolate sauce, fresh strawberries, and whip cream! Yum! Might have to go make one now…
I would have to have Ben and Jerry’s creme brule for sure as my favorite all time dessert. Thank you for the chance to win the Kitchenade mixer. They are also my favorite.
What a fabulous trip!! Looks like much fun was had!
This is so hard because I love baking and I love desert!!! I think I would have to say carrot cake with cream cheese frosting! My Grandmother made the best I have ever had. I asked time and time again for her recipe before she became ill but never was able to get it from her. I have yet to find a carrot cake that rocks my world like hers.
Thanks for the opportunity to win this fabulous prize!
Most definitely my choice would be Sprinkles’ Red Velvet Cupcake. So delish and so sad that the closest one is more then 4 hours away! :-(
Crunchy oatmeal raisin cookies! Fabulous.
I love homemade vanilla ice cream. If I had to pick one dessert for the rest of my life, that would be it. :)
Creme Brûlée that is lavender infused. Preferably served to me by my cabana boy on a tropical island.
Soft-serve frozen yogurt! because I could personalize it every time and have a million variations :) Thanks for this opportunity, this college student would LOVE a KitchenAid!
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies!
It would have to be Brownies!….. The chocolatier, the better – Yum, Yum!!
Only one? Gooey chocolate cake with chocolate frosting!
I would choose cake pops! They are delicious and they are a hit during ANY OCCASION! Yummy!
Hello there, I went in this post because of the link that says, if i need a kitchen aid? :) my answer is a big YES! not only that i need it… i dream to have it. i love baking since i was a child, and now that i get to bake, i always wanted to have a mixer that almost all of the cooking and baking shows use. :))
And now for the question: If you could only eat one kind of sweet/dessert for the rest of your life, what would choose?
my answer would be “Ube Cake” or purple yum cake in english. because that is my all time fave, dessert. :D
My fingers are crossed, and wishing you pick me as a winner! thanks a lot! ;))))
Pesche Dolci (Italian Peach Cookies), It’s a lot of work but totally worth it!
I would choose vanillekipferl. My family makes them every year at Christmas, and they are one of my favorites!
Lemon bars with graham cracker crust
Chocolate dipped macaroons, because I love both chocolate and coconut so much
I love all kinds of desserts but if I were to only choose one..I’d say warm apple pie a la mode with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. Flaky crust, apples baked with cinnamon with the warm liquid that comes from baking paired with cold vanilla ice cream, it’s heavenly! Classic comfort food that’s perfect to end a meal with or that any time of day sweet craving. Lovely!
My favorite is raspberry turtle cheese cake!~ it never gets old!!!!
Chocolate malt sandwich cookies!
Salted caramel macarons!!
I would choose chocolate brownies. They are such a great comfort dessert served warm along with a glass of cold milk!
If there was only one sweet I could eat for the rest of my life – I think it would have to be an almond croissant. I had my first one in Vancouver 4 years ago and searched high and low in my area for a bakery that made them (with no luck). Then my husband and I traveled to San Fran this past October I found a bakery that made them and I stocked up! I sadly haven’t had one since and am trying to work up the courage to try to make them myself. They are so buttery and sweet and delicious and so, so bad for you. I pine for them.
Thank you for this amazing giveaway. I myself have a Kitchenaid mixer, but I would be giving this to my best friend who would completely love to have one!
Even though I’m a total chocoholic, I would choose glorious strawberry shortcake…the kind that you can only make with fresh picked local strawberries, still warm from the summer sun. Oh em gee.
I would be perfectly happy with cream puffs with vanilla pudding inside. :)
oh man i want that mixer!!!!!!
Ummm…just like a piece of heaven….defentitly creme brûlée …..ummm with a hint of vanilla!
Scotcheroos, rice krispie treats, Haribo candy….. I love cakes, cookies and all sorts of bars, but these are the sort ot things I can’t stop shoving in my face.
I could eat chocolate chip cookies all day! That’s my weakness. :)
I love cheesecake! Especially the one with chocolate syrup drizzled on it!! Yummy!
Chocolate coffee ice cream with reece’s peanut butter cups and peanut butter! Yum~
It changes all the time, but right now I think I could survive on macaroons. I just love the slightly crunchy outer coconut, chewy inside, with a chocolate covered bottom. yummy!
It would have to be a chocolate chip cookie, the cake kind (not the crunchy kind). Soft middle, gooey chips, and just the right amount of sweetness. You can’t go wrong with that!
It would have to be the origional chocolate chip cookie! Big, slightly soft, warm, and studded with semi sweet choclate chips. It is the food I have always craved, and will always crave and adore!
I would definitely choose warm apple pie with ice cream! :)
I’d be happy eating apple crisp to the end of my days!
This ones easy, my mom’s great lava cakes. Thanks!
chocolate chip cookies could probably be my only dessert for the rest of my life….or maybe hot brownies with ice cream and caramel…….too hard to decide.
snickerdoodle cookies! so delicious
I would choose Oreos!! I love them!!
definitely brownies… double chocolate fudge ones!
I love black & white cookies from New York deli’s!
glazed doughnuts!!
That would be Ricotta Cake Pie that my Italian grandmother made every Easter. It has a pie like crust ;only you use lemon and vanilla extract, and the filling is like cheesecake only moist and creamy with ricotta cheese, raisins, and whiskey. Thanks for the chance to win!
Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies
A piece of cookie cake from the Great American Cookie company with extra chocolate frosting.
Chocolate chip cookies, for sure. :)
I would eat a coffee-chocolate cupcake with chocolate chips and rich chocolate frosting, yum!
Thank you so much for the opportunity to win a KitchenAid, I would have to save for a long time to be able to afford one myself.
Oooooh, this is hard. I would have to say a New York style cheesecake with plenty of fresh fruit sauce and chocolate sauce. Thanks!
Pineapple And Coconut Flan…Yuummmmm:0)
Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey ice Cream
cake batter frozen yogurt, brownies, and raspberry sauce on top.
Normally, I can’t get enough cheesecake, but today I think I’m going to have to go with a molten chocolate cake. We always need chocolate!
I would have to say oatmeal pecan cookies–they are so delicious!
Hands down – the Cowgirl Cookies! They include my favorite, M&M’s! (and they are so cute!)
I think that would be my mom’s chocolate crinkle cookies. They’re chocolatey and cake-y and so wonderful.
It would be my late grandmother’s Red Velvet Cake with homemade cream cheese frosting.
I would have to say my mom’s peanuter butter balls. They have the perfect ratio of peanut butter to chocolate with the added benefit of being a sweet reminder of past holiday bake-a-thons with my mother.
Cheesecake, definitely! Good luck to everyone!
If I were limited to one thing for the rest of my life it would be a chocolate covered salted caramel (heavy on the salt please!!). If I had to be more specific I would pick pink Himalayan salt… :)
Good old chocolate chip cookies for me. There is something comforting about a chocolate chip cookie that will never get old!
Plain vanilla ice cream… How boring am I?!
This is such an awesome giveaway! I’d be a chocolate molten lava cake… Tuff love on the outside- warm, gooey, sweetness on the inside!
My dessert would have to be hot cookie dough. It tastes like a normal cookie, but melts in the mouth divinely!! :D
Fudgy chocolate walnut cake with whipped lime cream…
My favorite dessert is classic new york cheesecake with a berry sauce of some sort drizzled on top. I will never grow tired of that!
Choosing only one dessert is sooo hard! Dessert is the whole reason to even call it a meal! :) I would have to pick death-by-chocolate chocolate cake…you know the kind that is amazingly rich (but not over the top sweet) with the fabulously yummy chocolately cream cheese filled center…mmmmm
Just returned from a trip to Florida myself! How do I choose just one?! I’m a sweets junkie! I’d have to choose something with chocolate, without question. I’d have to choose a chocolate cherry cookie that my dad makes, haven’t had them in years but they are amazing!
If I could only eat one dessert it would be really hard to choose but it would be my Grandma’s Carrot Bars. So many memories of my childhood and up until she passed away 6.5 years are wrapped around her teaching me how to make them with her. The smell triggers a flood of memories and while they are baking I always seem to cry and smile at the same time. It’s more than just a dessert to me…
Chai Tea Shortbread cookies….
I have to say it would be a homemade sponge cake, rich in vanilla and a light airy texture. That way I could use many different types of fresh fruit, a little whipped cream or even different glazes or frosting. yummy.
Cookies. Any kind of cookie. They are my kryptonite. It doesn’t matter what kind – I like them all.
Chocolate Chip Cookies Are the best!
I would eat frozen cake batter yogurt or cake batter ice cream with brownies and raspberry sauce. really cake batter alone is great.
German chocolate cake!
Creme brulee!!
I would say vanilla ice cream, you can find enough toppings to satisfy whatever your mood. And homemade is so wonderful!
Definitely cheesecake…nothing fancy schmancy…just regular ol’ cheesecake with graham cracker crust.
I’d have to choose vanilla panna cotta with cherry coulis!
french toast, love them:)
I would pick chocolate chip cookies. They’re not overloaded with chocolate, and they never get old..they’re a classic dessert that can even be just snacks with milk.
Grasshopper brownies…om nom nom
I would eat my Nana’s lemon meringue pie! The perfect tart lemon base with endless clouds of meringue that are sky high, mmmm…. This mixer would be ideal for making the meringue!
That is a tough question!!! I think it would have to be my mother’s homemade chocolate cake. Every time I have this cake it brings back wonderful memories of my childhood.
Such an amazing price!
My last dessert would be a Oreo Cupcake with nougat frosting, mhmm..! :-)
Mitchell’s sea salt carmel ice cream!!!
What a beautiful color! My dessert would be carrot cake with cream cheese frosting!
This is such a hard question;)) I would do anything that have chocolate on it!! Maybe Hershey’s kisses filled with coconut creme
My mother’s peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream!
I would have to say Sea Salt Caramel Squares!
They are sweet, chocolaty and a a tiny bit salty so that you never feel like you have had too much sugar :D
Oh my just one??? Home made key lime pie with a buttery crust that my neighbor used to make with fresh key limes…oh soooooo good!!! I think my mouth is watering a little thinking about it (=
I would want a rich, flourless chocolate cake with ganache on top and a layer of rich mousse in the middle!!!!
