So Peanutty! Peanut Butter Cookies.

Peanut Butter Cookies

These little cookies are soooo good and they were the perfect way to use up all the Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs I happen to have………Except I can’t stop eating them myself. Help!

Reese's Eggs

Reese’s always seems to make an appearance around the house during Easter… and Christmas … and Valentine’s Day. Just about any day there’s a reason to celebrate. I’d definitely say they are my go to candy.

eggs

Sweet little peanut butter eggs… ALL chopped up!!!

But these cookies are jam-packed with even more peanut power.

Peanutty!

Creamy peanut butter and chopped peanuts round these cookies out.

Cookie Dough

The dough is to die for.

Cookie Dough

Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized cookies. Place scooped dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Then roll each scoop in chopped peanuts and sugar and bake away.

Don’t worry, you won’t have to wait long.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Just a few minutes in the oven …

Cookie Bite

and then these soft little bites of peanut butter yumminess can jump in your mouth.

  30. I made these this week and WOW! My favorite peanut butter cookie ever (and I am cookie snob). I added all the chopped peanuts to the batter and only used 1/2 a bag of Reese’s minis (mostly because I got bored with opening the candy). Awesomeness!

  31. Hi hi Bakerella! I always check your blog every week to ogle the yummy treats I shouldn’t be eating :) for Halloween I bought a big bag of Reese’s “pumpkins” but this was our first Halloween in out brand new home…and apparently our neighborhood gets about 3 trick or treaters! I love these pumpkins more than anything, but I’m trying to eat healthy so I stuck them in a Rubbermaid and hid them on top of my fridge. Now I knew one day you would post a recipe using these candies, and sure enough you did!!! I was so excited to finally make one of your treats and they came out spectacular! I made them for a friend’s surprise 30th, I like them warm so I microwave for 10 seconds before I gobble them up…hopefully I will have some to bring to the party! Haha

  32. Im cookie crazy.Love baking these for everyone.

Love your idea of rolling the cookies in peanuts and sugar :)

  36. I love peanut butter cookies, and my love for Reece’s eggs knows no bounds. In fact, I’m fairly certain they make up for 51 of the 60 lbs I gained in my first pregnancy. (The other 9 were the baby.) I just don’t know if I could ever bring my self to actually cut and bake them into a cookie…they would never survive long enough to make it into the dough! These look so good!

  37. I like your idea of rolling them in crushed peanuts!

  38. Now this is all I can think about. Damn they look like some gooood cookies.

  39. I really must look out for some sweety

  56. I LOVE peanut butter, especially in cookies! I recently made some but to counteract how sweet the peanut butter can be, I added dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate and they seemed to go down very well! http://myownbakeoff.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/peanut-butter-and-dark-chocolate-chip.html?m=1

And you can never beat a good peanut butter and jelly cupcake either…
